All of our prints include free postage

 

We currently include the delivery costs in the price of all of our prints.
The price you see is the price you will pay including shipping wherever you are in the world.

Our deliveries

 

Orders are delivered using Royal Mail or Deutsche.

Packages won't be able to be posted through a letterbox and a signature may be required on receipt of the package, so please bear this in mind when choosing the location you will receive it. 

UK delivery

 

We try to despatch our artwork within 48 hours of your order.

Please be aware that delivery times can vary depending upon the destination.

International delivery

 

Our international deliveries are despatched from Germany so should avoid any postal issues caused by Brexit

Import taxes and duties for international destinations

 

If you order to an international delivery destination, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes which are applied when the delivery reaches that destination. Please note that we have no control over these charges and we cannot predict their amount.

You will be responsible for the payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please contact your local customs/post office for further information before placing your order.

Damaged or defective items

 

If a print is damaged, or the order is in some way defective we will do our best to send a replacement print free of charge and cover the delivery. 

We don't need you to send the item back. Instead, please email us clear pictures of the damaged/defective issue and the original packaging. Include your order number in the title of the email. We will review each damage/defective request on a case-by-case basis.

Returns

 

We hope that you love your purchase from bBelief Store, but we understand sometimes people change their minds!

If you wish to make a return your consumer rights entitle you to a full refund for the item if you request one in writing within 7 working days of receipt. So please inform us by email at bbeliefstore@gmail.co.uk giving us the reason for the return, we will then give you the address to send it to, and please then ensure you return the item within 14 calendar days of placing the delivery. We do not offer refunds or exchanges after these 14 days have passed. 

When making a return please send the item using recorded delivery and with appropriate insurance as we cannot be held responsible for items missing or damaged in transit. We are not able to refund anything that is not returned in perfect condition, in its original packaging, and ready to be resold.

We will refund your payment minus the £7 delivery costs. We aim to reimburse you within 7 working days upon receipt of the returned item. Refunds will only be issued if the item is returned in unused/same condition it was sent out. Refunds can only be made to your original payment method (to the card you used as payment).

We cannot offer refunds on items made to order or items reduced in a sale.

Exchanges

 

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer exchanges at the moment due to our production process.
